* The Stark County Safety Council held its monthly luncheon meeting on Oct. 13 in Meyers Lake Moonlight Ballroom. The speaker was Ron Blasiman, owner of Blasiman Fire Equipment. His topic was fire extinguishers and exit and emergency light regulations. The October Spotlight Company was The Reserves Network which is a regional staffing service for the office, industrial, professional and technical markets. The Reserves Network has received multiple honors for outstanding sales growth and management excellence. The company is a 13-time winner of the Weatherhead 100 Award for fastest growing companies in Northeast Ohio; a ten-time recipient of the NorthCoast 99 Award, honoring the best companies to work for in Northeast Ohio; and an eight-time NEO Success Award winner, recognizing top-performing companies in Northeast Ohio. The Nov. 10 meeting will feature Gary Chaddock, retired line supervisor for American Electric Power of Ohio. His topic will be "Don't be shocked! Be aware of electrical hazards in the workplace." The November spotlight company will be CTC Technologies, LLC.
